Is there an AUX option in the back of most factory car stereo's?

I just want to hook up the aux cable with 2 male ends and I'm not even sure what the back of my stereo looks like to even think about hooking up this cord for my mp3 system. It's a BOSE from an 02' Infiniti G20, someone help me out? I'm illiterate when it comes to electronics.

Usually it's an option in the car. So no.

not likely if it was not a factory option all you can do is buy an aftermarket

If your car has an AUX button (or Aux option in the menu selection) then it would have an aux input somewhere (front or back).

But only the newer car stereo have these features.
