Team Slipstream Chipotle, sponsored out of my home state of Colorado, and High Road, now called Columbia, sponsored by Columbia Sportswear out of my wife's home state of Oregon.

It depends on what you mean by 'sponsored'. Team Slipstream-Chipotle presented by H3O is registered in the US. I can't swear that the Chipotle restaurant chain is US based but I think it is. Until yesterday, Team High Road did not have a title sponsor but they are also registered in the US. However, they just announced a deal with the Columbia sportswear company that will take affect prior to the Tour. They will be known as Team Columbia and I think that company is also US based.

Keep in mind the team is always a separate entity from the sponsor. When T-Mobile dropped their sponsorship the team was able to continue through private funding as Team High Road. Congrats to them for signing a new sponsor though since private money never lasts long.
