Is there an EASSY way to make my .MOV files into MP4?

I have aalot of little clips that I need to edit into movie maker. I know I can UPLOAD to youtube, then download them from catchvideo.net one by one, but is there a faster way that i can do ALL of them into mp4?? [without downloading anything, like a website maybe? wihout paying lol] Thanks.

if u have itunes u can put it in and it will ask u if u want to convert the file and click yes then u can drag it from itunes and put it wherever else u
