Is there an IT person in Australia out there to help me?

Question

I am looking for a job in the IT sector. I'm really good at oracle but I donot have any local expereience in Australia and so itz being very tough to compete in the rat race!

Is there any one out there who can gimme a reference like my former employee? Yes I'm willing to pay modestly for it!

I know its a big ask, but I cannot think anything else. Please tell me if there is any person/consultancy, who can help me with this .

You rather try in  india they take bribe for anything not australia.

I tell you one thing aussie HR mangers are well enough expart on their job by a glance on your resume they will tell that you are a corrupt kind of person and know nothing.

So try to become an honest and and work hard don't look for a short cut.
