Is there an Icelandic restaurant in LA? I'm looking for Hakarl.?

Hey if anyone can tell me of an Icelandic restaurant in LA(or near) Los Angeles, California I'd be grateful. I'm specifically looking for Hakarl(fermented shark). I'd like to treat my friend for an upcoming birthday.

I'm not sure I would  serve my enemy fermented shark!
