I personally have always wanted to go catch a game at the ACC. Heard it was near impossible to get tickets to see the Leafs but that would be one arena i'd love to go catch a live game at. How about you? Which NHL arena would you like to attend and watch a live game at that you have never been to?

  1. lol. i think 288 meant how much do you want to get shanked in the ****.

i want to go to the belle/past forum.

    the joe

    msg

    the igloo

    and the saddledome

  2. I have sadly only seen NHL games at Joe Louis Arena.  I would love to see a game at the Aire Canada Centre (I know there are a bunch of extraneous Cannuck e's in there somewhere).

Spaceboy you need to get to the Joe.  Fun place, but you have to drive through the depressing part of Detroit before you get to the fun part. If you go next year you will get to see the Wings spiffy new Stanley Cup banner.

  3. Air Canada Centre. I'm a closet Leafs fan and it's only an hour or so away across the border. I've always wanted to go to a game there.

  4. I would like to see a live game at the ACC as well, I've been to all the other Arenas on my must see list, but I love Toronto and I think the atmosphere would be fantastic.

  5. Spaceboy

I recommend going to see a game at the Joe soon.  Word is Ilitch is looking to build a brand new builing in the next few years in suburbia.  The Joe's always been a favourite of mine.

  6. Edmonton. Unlike Pronger, I am intrigued with the environment and fan base up there. Always known it was a fast ice surface, but I want to see it for myself.

Detroit. As a huge Red Wings fan, it has always been a desire of mine to see them play at home.

  7. Honda center! I've never been there but I want to. (Of course I'd love to go to any NHL arena)

  8. I would love to see a game at the Joe. I had plans to two years ago, but they fell through

  9. Joe Louis for sure. From what I hear the rink is nothing special and the location borders on scary, but there have been some big hockey games won there. I'd love to see an octopus thrown on the ice live (I just don't want to sit next to the guy who throws it cuz I don't want to smell the thing through the entire game).

I'd also like to go to one of those outdoor games the NHL has been doing as of late.

  10. The Air Canda Centre

  11. MSG

  12. I'd like to go see the HP Pavillion, or the Pepsi Arena just so i could go wearing My Wings Jersey.

  13. I've only been to the Pepsi Center, but I'd pretty much like to go to any arena I could. Maybe the one that stands out the most is the Bell Centre, I hear it's really fun. But, if someone offered me tickets to a game in any city, I'd gladly go.

  14. I'd like to attaned a calgary home game, C of Red has to be awesome.

  15. The Joe, MSG, San Jose, Phoenix.

I think it would be interesting to see ice in the desert.

  16. HP Pavillion I like the sharks but sadly I have never seen them play.

  17. Went to see the Ducks play the Leafs there a few years ago (2006?)... I was one of maybe 4 Anaheim fans and that's not even a exaggeration. Like most things, tickets can be had if you're willing to pay.

I've never been to the Saddledome... I think a playoff game there would be fun.

  18. Yeah, with the exception of ACC and Scotiabank Place, all of them. Why? Just to say I've been there! I'm actually planning my next vacation on seeing all six Canadian arenas in two weeks. But I gotta wait until the NHL comes out with their '08-'09 schedule.

And, yes, it is very hard to get Leafs tickets. Try eBay next season. People are always selling them there, and most of the time, for a profit. Or you can try scalpers. Either way, you're going to get ripped off; it's just a matter of how much you want to get ripped off.

  19. ACC...and I'm a Leafs fan. Unfortunately I've never been to an NHL game. My cousin told me not to go to ACC though because it's pretty quiet there. Other than ACC I would love to go to the Bell Centre in Montreal. The atmosphere at Habs games can't be beat.

  20. Present-MSG or the Shark Tank

    Past-Montreal Forum

  21. I'd love to actually visit any building for the first time but the ACC, the HSBC arena and the HP Pavillion are the homes of my three favourite teams. I'd love to go there.

    Maple Leafs vs Senators

    Sabres vs Rangers

    Sharks vs Flames

  22. The Air Canada Center or the American Airlines Center

  23. GM place..I saw the Stars vs. Canucks game and it was CRAZY there!!
