Is there an U18 australian football program in the US?

I've become fascinated with the sport. I've been kicking around, I can kick a drop punt 30ish yards, and a torp 40. I'm 16 right now. I live in Oregon, I'd really like to play some footy...Any programs that can do this? Does US footy have a youth program?
