Is there an adhesive waterproof glue that will fix a torn heavy foam rubber swimming mattress/floatie?

I've got an expensive heavy foam rubber swim mattress-floatie that's starting to rip on the edge, is there a waterproof glue or adhesive that will hold & repair it? I thought of silicone but tried it once on a pair of rubber shoes with no luck! Any help would be apprreciated.

Try puncture kits for bicycles, it will probably be your best option.

try superglue or rubber cement or anyother synthetic rubber based glue
