Is there an age limit for buying items with a credit card on Overstock.com?

Friend just told me you can't buy things off Overstock.com with a credit card unless you're over 18.

If you have a credit card, you can purchase from Overstock.com.

Do they ask your age? No. However, most banks wont issue a credit card if you're under 18, at least not as primary user. Visa Check card maybe... but even that, not likely.

I tihnk by accepting the card they're assuming you're an authorized user, so yes  if you have a credit card you can buy whatever you want.
