Is there an age limit to be in beach volleyball in the olympics?

so im 13 and i REALLY want to be in the olympics in 2016 by then ill be 21 and i bet ill be ready by then, im really great and want to be the next misty may but the main problem is that well i need a partner a trainer and i have no clue how to get to the olympic especialy since i want to rep. the usa since thats were i live and all and like if anyone can help with were to look for a partner trainer and were to find the answer of how the heck do i get there also i really hope its in Tokyo i really want to go there not somewere like chigago so plz help!!!!!!

My friend, just like the last post said, you have to get notice. You don't have wait till 2016, you can start right now so you can represent the USA in London 2012.

It being in your home country is always an advantage. Anyway, I'd suggest joining somewhere you can train with others. Get into a program that will prepare you. You can find someone with the same goal as you, if you go, and meet a wide variety of people that you can pair up with.

Also, if you aren't tall yourself, try to get a tall partner, so you can play defensive while they can block. Or vise versa. Find your specialties. Someone that is good at right or left side of the court, that can make your team the best

Only age restriction is 16 by the calendar year of the olympics. No upper limit. Get NOTICED early. Compete. Win. Win the Olympic trials.

There is no age limit to be in the Olympics because a kid that was like 10 years old and he won a gold medal(i don't which event). All you got to do is
