Is there an age requirement for purchasing over the counter medicine in New Jersey?

I am 16 years old, and I don't exactly have an adult who is willing to run to the store to buy me OTC medicine when I need it. I was just wondering, do I have to be 18 to purchase it myself? Is it at the discretion of the store, or is there a state-wide law?

I think it is 18...not sure but that is usually the age limit ^_^
