  1. I don't think there is such a thing as 'all ages' b/c alcohol is involved.  May be u r looking for Rave?  I think even 10-year olds could enter with adult supervision.

    They have Level 3 which is 18+ club in Hollywood near Kodak Theater.

  2. All ages? That may be hard to find..You can probably find some good 18 and over clubs in LA though at the site below.  Good luck!
