  1. I'm not sure about prostate problems, but some safe and natural remedies for sinus are a steam inhalation (a bowl of hot water and make a tenet with a towel over your head and the bowl) and supplements of vitamin c, horseradish and garlic are all great ways to help clear the sinus passages. Drinking hot watery drinks will help too - soups, teas and broths, but steer clear of dairy and sugary drinks if possible. And make sure you're drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.

If you can brave the breath - you can try taking a whole crushed clove of fresh garlic in water each day...it's excellent for the immune system and sinuses

  2. homoeo  medicine --Aurum met 1m pills:  take 4 pills once a week: every sunday ,may be:   chew it half an hour after food .

  3. prostate: Saw Palmetto from health store.

Sinus: cold, hay fever, fungus.   Long time probably fungus.

Don't let pill pushing doctor give you any antibiotics for fungus.  Oil of oregano, Olive leaf extract, cinnamon, garlic capsules all from health stores.  Studies have shown that all sinus is fungal.

  4. There is a link between allergies and prostate discomfort for some men. It isn't necessarily the prostate however, that is the base of the problems. There is a book called "Headache in the Pelvis" that has an alternative explanation and is well worth the read. You can find more info at chronicprostatis.org. Once you skip over the big thing about Farr Labs products, it has a tremendous amount of information.

Anti histamines can be beneficial, but decongestants can cause a real flare for some guys.
