Is there an alternative class to taking a foregin language in high school?

The college I wish to attend says you need 2 credits of a foreign language. Is there any way to take an alternative class that will still give me the credits for a foreign language?

My sister was able to take a sign language class outside of school and get foreign language credits. However, she does have a hearing-impairment, so that may not  work for you, but ask your school!

What kind of class do you expect will give you credit for a foreign language?  Probably not math, bio or physics...

Learn another language.  It's always good to learn different languages, and sometimes they're pretty useful, no matter how much you might deny it now.
