Is there an alternative to eyeglasses?

fox example I am wearing a +1.5 eyeglasses to correct my vision.

Well, instead of wearing those and contact lenses, is there any way (like drug intake, eye drops, etc...) to return my eyesight to 20-20 normal vision?

Above answers are correct.  If there were drugs that worked so you wouldn't need glasses, they'd be more famous than Viagra, and you wouldn't have to ask about them here.

No, anybody who promises it just wants your money.  Laser lens correction surgery may be able to fix it permanently depending the cause of the distortion.

It is possible to improve vision by doing eye exercises but you need to do them religiously and everyday if you want good  or even better results. Laser surgery is far too risky and expensive and you may experience complications and the long-term effects are unknown.

Night treatment contacts can work. Before you sleep, you put in contacts in both of your eyes and when you wake up you take them out. In a week or less, your vision should be 20/20 or better. You can order them online or schedule an eye appointment so your eye doctor can fit you with night contacts that are comfortable and answer your questions.
