Is there an alternative to yahoo boards that can be used on own server for commercial purposes?

I'm happy to pay for this service. We need a message board that allows people to mail in/out as you can in yahoo, with file transfer, chat, gallery and similar security. This is for a not-for-profit organsiation to use for its support groups.

The only thing I can think of at the moment is groups.yahoo.com as you can add pics and files, etc. Although, I can't suggest anything for chatting. Probably use yahoo messenger for that and set up the time for chatting in the calender or send it out as a group message, etc.
