Is there an amateur (Ham)radio group in the Netanya area I could join?

I will be making Aliyah(B"H) on Jul07/08 from Toronto,Ont. and(while I have been inactive for some 20 years in Amateur radio) would be interested in getting involved with a local club to assist with communications in the event of emergencies or when power is lost.
