Is there an amazing firework show somewhere in Ventura or LA County overlooking the ocean?

I want to watch fireworks overlooking the ocean. I need somewhere where I can layout on the sand during the day, and stay there until after the fireworks. Where can I find a place like that?

Oxnard, CA has fireworks at the harbor. I bet there are other harbors up and down the SoCal Pacific border with fireworks shows as well.
