Is there an anti-sleeping drug?

As seen in many movies, drugs such as tranquilizers are used to make the victim fall asleep, whether its a dart, drink, gas, or liquid stuff in a piece of cloth. Then the victom is vulnerable to anything such as being tied up or tortured or worse :( anyway say that such an event happens and u have a few seconds before u fall asleep, is there like drugs that keep u awake no matter what? I thought i heard somewhere that theres a chemical your body naturally makes that prevents you from falling asleep or losing consciesness. any answers?

Nope,the closest thing you get to an anti-sleeping drug is "Nodoze" which is essentially just caffeine
