  1. Peppermint, apparently.

Coffee's scent also helps, especially because caffeine can be absorbed through the membranes of your nose.

  2. Bergamot or orange  scents are envigorating.

  3. Rosemary!

It is known for being an invigorator!

In fact, I would encourage you to get yourself some roesmary based shower gel, it will definately perk up your shower with it's aroma, as well as refreshing you.

    I personally like avalon organics.

According to the Ancient Chinese sage Chiang-tse, "perfume will always help you along the way of wisdom." A little vial of rosemary oil that is inhaled when your brain is tired will help to increase concentration and eliminate boredom.

Rosemary is also considered by herbalists to be a wonderful aid for students cramming for exams.  It will give then an energy pick-up, help their concentration and allow them to study more efficiently.

Used in incense or candles or air fresheners, rosemary is an excellent inhalant.  Rosemary can be used as often as you like on a daily basis.  It helps to clear the head and revive the body.  It has toning and astringent effects on the skin.

Make a spray of water and oil.  Spray the oil throughout a room to remove stale room odors and add energy to your environment.

  4. Biscuits and fresh-brewed coffee are *very* good aromatherapy, but until someone makes a candle scented like that, cinnamon is pretty good. It's a warm and dry scent.

  5. the citrus ones - Lemon, Orange, Lime,

the mint family - Peppermint, Spearmint, Wintergreen

  6. I don't know of any Daisy.

I would like to ask you why you have the groggies?

If you know what causes them, you may be able to solve the groggies without aromas.

I am one of those morning people everyone loves to scowl at. I awake happy ready to jump up and sing Super Freak. I wake up talking. Been like that for the last ten years. Drives everyone nuts.
