I have a large suitcase that had its locks removed by TSA and also had its hinges broken (long story). I needed to travel again soon after, so I just bought a new suitcase. So I don't need the old one repaired and want to get rid of it. How can I get this luggage recycled, donated, otherwise properly disposed? I don't want to just put it in the trash.

  1. If its broken and you don't want it, neither will anyone else.  Turn it into a planter or some other redneck lawn decor or turn the other way.  Throw it out.

  2. Just put it in the trash. It really isn't the big deal you think it is.

  3. you could always donate it to the slavation army or someother charity.

  4. for the most part i'd agree with the other 2 answers but one mans trash is anothers treasure! freecycle it! you never know, i've seen some crazy things asked for and taken. but otherwise trash it and rest easy knowing your recycling everything else you can!

  5. Put it back on the carosel.
