Question:

Is there an easier way for losing fat around my middle?

I need to lose like 2" off my waist and hopefully the fat off of my stomach. I joined a belly dance class, as they said shimmying would get rid of the fat, but sadly for me, it didn't, though I enjoyed the classes.

Please tell me of some ways of getting rid of this fat.

  1. eat well of course but then jog at least a mile and while your still breathing hard do as many crunches as fast as you can.  that seems to shape tummies the fastest.  also, do it every day if possible. its hard but it'll pay off.

  3. i developed a great way to lose that weight around the hips. i put one of my hands up on my hip and stretch the other one out to my side and lean over slowly stretching the muscle. each side stretch should be 3 seconds, and you have to do it as often as you can. usually in 20 each side intervals. trust me, it has worked for me, and plenty of friends. oh, and a vegan diet and running. running if nothing else will always do the trick ALWAYS. and if you run everyday you will want to keep doing it. it only sucks for about three days after you start, then its like heaven.

  4. Crunches are the best way. 50 crunches a day and you will notice a change in just a couple weeks

  5. You can't really lose fat in certain places you would like to. Just exercise daily. Do some cardio for 20 - 40 minutes each day, or 5 days a week if you can't. Go jogging or swimming in the morning, or even go to the gym. It doesn't really matter what you eat, as long as it's healthy and doesn't include junk food. You should minimize the amount of food you eat if you're taking in more calories than you need.

    If you keep it up, you'll eventually lose some weight around your waist. Keep exercising and watching what you eat even after you lost the fat around your waist. Otherwise, you'll end up getting the fat back. It's best to maintain your weight and stay healthy~

  6. ya that a tough question, there are so many things but what works,,but i tell u this  alot of s*x works parts of the body and in that area sounds weird but true
