Is there an easy way to get a good line with eyeliner on the upper lid? I keep messing up!?

no matter how many times i try i always make a mistake and look ridiculous

I could never ever get eyeliner on straight. But I started stretching my eyelid out(this really helps but supposedly gives you wrinkles). But, you only have to do this until you get used to putting your eyeliner on. Also, go slow..take your time putting it on. I always start in the middle of my eyelid because that's where I have the most trouble messing up. After I held my eyelid out while putting on eyeliner for a few months maybe, I got more used to it and can now do it without doing that. But, I still apply it slowly to minimize any mistakes.

um i guess practice make perfect? Just put it on! how do u mess up? it smudges or what? i dunno just put it on top of ur lash line until the end of ur lashes. Don't do pointy things on the end of ur eyes. maybe that y u look bad?

get as close to your lashes as you can and then blend it in...that is if you are using a pencil.. liquid eyeliner takes practice-give it time to dry..

Are you using liquid or pencil? If you're new to eyeliner you might want to try pencil because it's more forgiving to a shaky hand. When I put on any eyeliner I rest my hand against my cheek while I'm doing it so it keeps me steady. And if you still find that your eyeliner is turning out wobbly just grab a q-tip and wet it with water or makeup remover and fix any little imperfections. Good luck!
