  1. Does your new kneeboard have a slot for the rope handle? Most new ones do and they are used to hold the rope handle for you while you pull yourself onto your knees. It is really easy to get up this way, but if your kneeboard does not have one, I would say that waiting a bit for the boat to plane out helps when you pull yourself up. Push with your elbows and slip your knees under and you got it! It just takes a bit of practice, that's all!

  2. Ummm...... i have an O'brien kneeboard and it has a rope holder when the boat starts lean back so you don't nosedive into the water pull yourself up on the kneeboard and slide your knees under the strap and strap the strap. grab the handle and go.

  3. when i get up on my kneeboard i lie on it first then pull my self up using the handle just as the boat is slowly going on then when I'm partly up i tell my dad to go and then i pull the remainder of my body up. (hope you get that)

sometimes if i fall off and my knees are still in the band thing i just keep them in and start like that then i don't need to pull my self up but that's quite tricky
