In the casino game Craps, is there an easy way to remember what the payments are for your free-odds bets (on the pass-line), so you don't have to do the math according to the ratios all the time?

  1. Just memorize them. It's not that hard.

    6 or 8 pays 6 to 5.

    5 or 9 pays 3 to 2.

    4 or 10 pays 2 to1.

So, if you placed $10 in odds, 6 or 8 would pay $12, 5 or 9 would pay $15, and 4 or 10 would pay $20. If you always bet in increments of $10, you can just multiply these numbers to figure out how much you make.

  2. Just to add to what Matt correctly advises, if you're in a 3x4x5x odds limit casino (pretty standard in Vegas, one that allows odds bets of up to 3 times your line bet for a 4/10 point, 4 times your line bet for a 5/9 point and 5 times your line bet for a 6/8 point) and you're taking those maximum odds, the pay-out for both your winning line and odds bet will always be 7 times your line bet.  Cocktails!

  3. Are you asking about the game Never Ever Craps (also known as  Craps No More or Crapless)? If so, 2 and 12 odds pay 6 to 1 and 3 and 11 odds pay 3 to 1. Everything else is the same as regular craps 4 and 10--double, 5 and9--3 to2 like a blackjack, 6 and 8--6 to 5.  If you're looking for easy ways to figure them out, just think about the way I said for 4, 10, 5 and 9 and for 6 and 8, every red cheque (chip) gets a red and a white cheque and every green gets a green and a red. I wasn't quite sure what you were asking, but I hope I answered your question.
