Is there an equivalent of Pandora radio available in the UK?

I was gutted to see they've cracked down on the licensing issue this morning so I can no longer listen to it...

bounce yourself from another server to gain entry, they record your ip address that is why they know your in the UK, you can down load programs that will let you run in stealth or use another server to get on line using your isp your with now and then it is a back door into such things that you can not listen to i use this method for listening to Disney

LastFM does similar...Shoutcast on Winamp and Itunes provide a basic radio service.

Still....gutted. I'm still trying to work out how the American Government owns part of the Internet though.
