Is there an exotic wildlife sanctuary in or around san francisco?

where they rescue exotic or illegal pets like tigers that have been discarded by their owners when they get too big. i want to volunteer at a place like that but I don't know if there are any in california. i saw a show about one in texas.

  1. Are you talking about the wild parrots on

    Nob Hill, or maybe it is Potrero Hill.

      If you are, it's not a sanctuary, it's just a

    couple of parrots that got loose and people

    began feeding them.  I haven't seen them

    but I hear they have grown to quite a flock.


  2. None. San Francisco is highly urbanized and there's no place for such a LIVE ANIMAL sanctuary.
