I'm not sure about 2007, but I know Codemasters signed a deal with the FIA and they're making a game for F12009.

the people who usually make f1 games (liverpool studios), were signing a contract with the FIA to let EA games make f1 games, during the 2007 season. so there wont b anuva f1 game until 2008.

in the meantime, i recommend forza 2 motorsport, for the fans that love driving simulation games!
