Is there an international internet complaint department?

Sometimes websites refuse to address legitimates complaints & consumers are left without any options.

No, not specific to the internet as far as i know? The BBB as previously posted is one way to fight back, yet not alway's effective.

I'd personally find an industry related forum or publishing that the business owner in contept would know, and post your story in dealing with them. Get the info to his future business customer's, that will hurt him where it count, his bottom line$$$

if the website in question is a business site, and it's an american company, you could report them to the Better Business Bureau. They deal with all sorts of consumer complaints. as for other countries, i'm not sure who you would contact.
