Is there an internet fee for the Ipod touch?

I'm getting a new Ipod because my old Ipod Nano died, and I was thinking Iphone but I'm 13 and don't have 30$ a month to pay the fee so I was thinking Ipod touch. But if it has an internet fee too then I cant get it?

Also if it has one then how much is it??

no there isn't but u need a wi-fi network around to connect to   it cant go on edge like the iPhone  but  if u go on ebay they have them for like 150$  so  good deal

There's no fee because it doesn't have internet of its own. However, if you're around a wifi connection, it will pick that up (provided it isn't a secure connection that you don't have the password for). It works quite nicely. :) Now that they have the app store, too, there are a lot of cool free games and stuff you can download. It's pretty neat.
