Is there an internet site that i can watch whats being broadcast on the basic tv?

(read me for more detail) well as everyone knows tvs going digital i got converter boxes and stuff but because of where i live i cant get any digital signal and im to poor to afford cable so i thought there might be a site that broadcast what on tv at the same time as the tv thanks in advanced

I use TVU, it is free and decent quality.  You need at least 1.5 mps in

DSL or broadband and you will be fine.

The others listed by the other contributor are good too. Some of those are excellent

What ever you do, DO NOT buy any software.

There are some big scams  like TV on PC that claims 3000 channels.

BUNK!  They work if you only speak turk.

I have been this route. PLEASE do not waste your money.

JUST don't pay for any.

There are many internet sites where you can watch TV shows, but mostly they are not sent out  at the same time as they are shown on network TV. Instead, they are "on demand", you can watch them whenever you want.

I've listed several sites below to get you started. Most just work through your web browser. Joost requires that you download a free player, it's worth doing.
