  1. Horizon's Organic milk.  They have a low fat DHA w/ Omega 3 selection.   Both nutrients have actually decreased my son's bed-wetting.

    Also, Dora's yogurt has the Omega-3.  And it's yummy.


  2. Absolutely, and it is the same one that adults take... Just look for Fish Oil Supplements and/or Flax Seed Oil Supplements..

    Also, do not worry about over ingesting too much because the only real side effect would be oily skin.  If this occurs, just take it every other day...

  3. Yes, but as already mentioned, it is the same as anybody else. I take cod liver oil, but you can switch to fish oil in the summer if your kids gets lots of sunshine.

    The Carlson brand is best, as it is high quality and doesn't taste bad, because it is lemon flavoured.
