Is there an on-line application that I can submit that hiring facilities can look at and choose from?

I am looking for a website or anything on-line that I could submit an application or resume for other companies or stores that need workers can look at and choose from. I am 18 and I don't have much experience in any field, so finding myself a starting job at the moment is beginning to be a little difficult. Please help if you know, thank you!!

Look into staffing agencies/job hunters.. don't know what state you're in but manpower is a big one.. aerotek is another or simply just posting your resume on monster, careerbuilder will get you some feedback.
