Is there an on-line tool or public-available program for calculating Alpha Spending Functions?

I didn't look closely, but the first link has lots of stats pages, including links to some at the very bottom that seem to be for alpha spending functions, and the second is specialized for stats for clinical trials.

If neither has what you need, perhaps you can e-mail the people maintaining the sites and see if they can point you at something that will help.
