Is there an online Q & A source for Yamaha Wave Runners?

Is there an online Q & A source for Yamaha Wave Runners? I haven't had any luck finding one. My wave runner cranks very slow but with a jump it will really wind up and start provided gas is poured directly into the cylinders. It stops running as soon as the gas is burnt up. The carbs have been rebuilt and the gas lines are clear.
