Have her work on tutor.com. This will help her in any area she needs help, but is set up as if she is taking a course.

Where are you? Here, in Australia, there are a number of schools offering online classes from pre-school right through to the HSC.

K12 has courses from Kdg to grade 12.  You can use a virtual public school if there's one in your state, or you can purchase the curriculum to use on your own as an independent HS'er:

right now i am taking math at aleks.com, i really like it because i can work at my own pace whether its fast or slow at certain times. you would have to enroll her though.
