  2. I think you are talking about CFA which is "charter financial analyst".

    it is a three year program and three big test.very hard.

    if you are looking for financial planning I suggest CFP or CHFA.

    Look them up  http://www.theamericancollege.edu/

    for all of them you need experience in the field to get the actuall designation.
