Is there an online site to edit photos and animate them??

1. go to lunapic.com

2. upload the picture you want

3.make sure that all the pictures you want in the gif. are exactly the same size or it will NOT look how you want it to.

4.Hover your mouse over the animation tab and click on "add animation frame" keep adding animation frames until you are done with the pictures you want on that gif.

5. Hover over the animation tab again and this time click on "frame timing" if you want it to go really fast between pictures add a number of about 1 being the fastest to 30 to being moderately fast, if you want it at the speed lunapic gives it to you keep it at 100 once youre finished just right click on your finished product and voila youre done!!! hope this helps!!!! ^_^
