Is there an online web page to pay off tickets?

I called a no. but since I don't have a checking account there I can't pay it off just like that.

Well...It's the first time I get a ticket and I want an easier way to pay it off.

A ticket?  I'd fight it!  If you can get your case continued once, they will continue it onto a day that the officer can attend.  Try for another continuance; and then a third (I think we are all eligible for 3 continuances.)  Pick the least likely day that the officer can attend.  If he doesn't show, then you are off the hook!

But don't let them do what they did to me once.  I got a ticket from a fat, White cop;  the guy who showed up in court was a skinny, Black cop.  They are not to be trusted!  They lie!

I don't think they have a website, only a hotline which accepts credit cards.  Maybe if you give the cash to your parent, they can use the card to pay your ticket over the phone? Otherwise, it really isn't that bad to goto the courthouse and find the cashier's office and stand in line to pay your ticket.  At least you don't have to goto court... That's an even bigger mess!
