Is there an open cockpit non self-bailing kayak out there?

I want a kayak with the characteristic of an ocean kayak...but i don't wan tthe selfbailing....i don't want to get wet. Is there a kayak out there that is open but i won't get wet?

What is the point of kayaking if your not going to get wet? I mean really.  What are you kayaking anyways, river, ocean, what?

Ever tried a Stingray solo outrigger? Has a cockpit, no self bailer, very stable and a hoot for surfing.
