Is there an organization that helps poor people get free basic needs like toilet paper and tooth paste?

I've heard of food banks and clothing banks, but is there a household goods bank anywhere? Is there a place for poor people to get cleaners, shampoo, razors, hand soap, diapers, baby wipes, trash bags, etc.....

Sometimes the churches offer things like that.  It just depends upon what is donated.  I know you can't use food stamps to purchase those items, but the food stamps can free up some other money to make those purchases.  A lot of my clients shop at the dollar stores for things like that.  I think WIC can help with diapers.

Try children and family services. Or go to your local Food banks. They give vouchers for this at groc stores.
