  1. if you can manage it go at the crack of dawn. First of all you get to see things a lot of people don't second it's very cool and your muscles haven't been used for something else all day so you have more energy. But ofcourse it's all personal preference. You could get up early on the weekends too and run or walk to your local RAW (runners and walkers) club and find a group of people that go at a reasonable time, drink coffee with them and talk before you go running then you can go as a group :).

  2. I think looking for cool temperatures to do your runs is the best because you will not sweat a lot. I don't like running when it's sunny since I sweat alot in the sun. So just look out for a perfect temperature you like and that will be your ideal time.

  3. there is no 'ideal' time to go for a run. weather its the morning or evening. its personnel choice. have done both. depends on how a i feel on the day.

  4. my favorite time to go is when the suns only been up a couple of hours and nobodys really out yet. its nice and cool and quiet. then when you get done the sun is all the way up and everyones awake and the streets are filled. its the perfect way to start a day!

  5. If i'm awake in the morning, I like it just after the sun came up, because its still cool enough to not break a heavy sweat. Just try to find your perfect temperature and find out when to run from then.

  6. i love running in the early morning, when theres not traffic & school kids running around.  It also gives me time to get myself ready for the day, breakfast etc.

    i believe the theory is if you run in the morning before breakfast you lose more fat. But personally i just run because i love doing it :D, you lose the fat ether way if you keep up with the daily running.
