Is there an x-men chess set?

i was wondering is there an x-men chess set and if not is here going to be one?

I couldn't find any websites that say there is currently an X-Men chess set out at the moment.  I did find a website where a sculptor posted a bunch of photos from an upcoming set that is/was supposed to be made by SOTA Toys here:

The problem is that the photos were posted in August 2006 and the SOTA Toys website doesn't have the chess set listed for sale.  They do have a Spider-Man chess set though and it costs $400 here:

I did find that the glass chess set that was featured in X2 is available but I'm assuming that what you actually want is a set featuring the X-Men and Villains as chess pieces.  Here's an example of the glass chess set:

EDIT: Apparently SOTA Toys did make the chess set and revealed it at the 2006 San Diego Comic Con.  There's a few pictures of it here but I have no idea where to find it for sale since it isn't on the SOTA Toys website:
