There are lots of reasons that people have blurred vision.  Some are very simple causes with simple treatments such as dry eyes, eye strain, acute inflammation, etc.  These causes are very easy to treat with drops, relaxation, and/or sleep.

Long term blurry vision or blurred vision with other symptoms could indicate a serious medical condition and should be evaluated by a physician.  Some serious conditions that can cause vision problems include cancer, diabetes, stroke, TIA, toxic effects, infection, vitamin A deficiency, etc.
