If I could time travel, I would punch in "1300s period, southern coastal USA". 'Course, it wasn't the USA then but you get the idea. :o)

I chose the 1300's period because it was pre-white man and seemed to have had very few inhabitants. I chose the southern coastal region, perhaps around what is now the Carolina's, because the landscape must have been absolutely stunning. That area has ample food, wildlife, and a temperate clime. Plus constructing the proper shelter would not be too difficult.

[sigh] I'm there now in my mind .... :o))

I like history very much! As far as another time or place that really is too much to fathom!

Even if you could invent a time machine and travel wherever in time you wanted then that would be awesome!

I would have liked to live through the

great depression. Where the stock market

was called "Black Tuesday."

The time during Martin Luther King,  and Bob Marley,  before they came around.

It would of been nice to see all the hippies and

crazy people.  

I think this time, was where the red cross was organized. It would have been nice to see it.

Today's generation I could do without... It's kind of like the 60's with the s*x thing...

I'd like to go back to a time where people stood up for what they believe in,  honored their parents, were friendly to folks, didn't use handguns but had fist fights or better yet.,, no fights at all... Yes.. I'm talking about Mayberry.... The Andy Griffith times.... times back where women wore clothes that Covered their skin and didn't dare show off their b*****s or pubic areas...  

I might be considered " Old Fashioned " but That's 100 % OK with me !

Not really, this is by far the most exciting time in History.

I would love to expirence, the middle ages, the roman empire, and the World Wars though.
