Nope.  Bucks Back coupons ae only available when you earn enough points and they are mailed with your credit card statement.  If you havent received the coupon, perhaps you havent received enough points.

If you have the Old Navy Card, you get 5 points per $1 spent at Gap Inc brands.  Spending a total of $200 across all brands = $200 spent to earn $10.00 rewards.

If you have the Old Navy Visa, you get 5 points per $1 spent at Gap Inc brands and 1 point per $1 spent anywhere else you use your Visa card.  Therefore your rewards are depending on how much you spend at Gap stores vs. other stores.

Check your statement, the points are listed on there, and also says how many more points you need until your next reward. If you believe you have earned enough points but have not received a reward, then call 1-877-ACCOUNT, it's the number for the Old Navy card.
