It's a scam. There seem to be a lot of them at the moment pretending to be oil companies based in London.

Barclays Bank don't have a branch in Northumberland Avenue.  These is no such company as Panaluk Petroleum PLC.

This sounds like a SCAM.  Have you been offered a job ?  Don't send any money or give them your personal details.
