There are 2 I know of, from their listings in search engines. One is Fairways Gaming Skills Training Center in Cubao, Quezon City (private trainors from Genting) and the other is National Games Training Center in Cebu (PAGCOR people trainors). But the latter is not in operation yet, I think. I tried sending them an email but it always bounces back. So that leaves you Fairways Gaming Skills. I already inquired there and maybe will enroll by June, since I am from Manila and not from Cebu. They have a website but I forgot. I am not sure if this is correct www.fairwaysgamingskills.tk or .com or .net or .org. Just try and mix-up the last. Their location is along P.Tuazon St. in Cubao, across Daily Metrolane. The National Games Training Center also has a website, I think it's www.igtc.com.ph.. Both offer Roulette, Baccarat and Blackjack. Fairways has 5 other games in addition to that while National Games has Craps and Paigaw Poker.
