  1. I am just like you i suggest you watch where you go and tell your family doctor that you can only take certain tablets. sometimes our body rejects certain things that helps us recover, just check your tablets don't contain, disprin, aspirin, etc it seems you and i can only take panadol.

  2. I am not a doctor either but i went to one for the same problem and it was low-iron. Its common in young women.

  3. I am not a Doctor but I have had 2 years medical training. VItamin K deficiency will do that and vitamin K is in your green leafy vegetables

  4. I'm not a doctor- but I do read alot...it's possible that you are not consuming enough iron through your diet. Also this is sometimes an effect of thinning blood- very common for those on aspirin therapy.

  5. well i know its its from low potassium or low iron...the best thing to do is either take iron pills which is over the counter or also eat more bananas that also helps.... if you still don't fill comfortable you can make a appointment with your doctor best of luck

  6. It could be for any number of reasons, but without knowing if this is a long-term problem for you, or something which has come on recently, duration/size of bruising etc, it's almost impossible to diagnose it. If you're concerned, go and see your GP: it could be something as simple as anaemia, or it could be a symptom of something more serious, if the bruising is extensive.
