  2. Yes, all sausages have a bulking ingredients called rusk - which contains gluten.

    You could make sausages your self by replacing the crumbs with gluten free bread crumbs or gram or rice flour.

    Cookeryclub has a special diets section - with a few great recipes.

  3. Yes there is Gluten in most sausages unless otherwise stated. Also if you cant have gluten you'll probably need to avoid everything from a chip shop as they use the same oil to fry the fish and batter and the chips.
